Extraordinary meeting 28.7.26

The parish council has received a consultation request regarding an application for Permission in Principle (PiP) to erect one affordable dwelling or one local-needs custom self-build dwelling at Plot 6, Hawthorn Park EX20 4BD.

Given the concerns raised when an earlier application for the same plot was received in April 2026, Councillors have decided to arrange an extraordinary meeting of the council to hear the opinions of residents concerning the new application, and agree a response.
