THE HERITAGE CRAFTS ASSOCIATION ENDANGERED CRAFTS FUND – Small grants are available to individuals and voluntary and community organisations, especially craft practitioners for projects that support endangered crafts listed on the Red List of Endangered Crafts. Deadline 17th October

THE ELEPHANT TRUST – Grants, usually for up to £2,000, are available to small charitable arts organisations, galleries and individual artists that are finding it difficult to secure funding for new work and exhibitions. Deadline 19th October

NATIONAL GARDEN SCHEME COMMUNITY GARDEN GRANTS – charities, community groups and CICs can apply for grants of between £1500-£5000 to help with purchase of capital items for a community gardening project eg plants and containers, greenhouses, polytunnels ,sheds, seating, tools etc. Deadline 20th October

THE EDGAR E LAWLEY FOUNDATION – unrestricted grants of £2000 to smaller charities and not-for-profit organisations, for work within the categories of Hospices, Community, Elderly, Children & Young people, Disabled and Medical Research. Deadline 31 October
THE SCREWFIX FOUNDATION – Capital grants of up to £5,000 are available to local and national charities and not-for-profit organisations, including Community Interest Companies (CICs), across the UK to fix, repair, maintain and improve properties and community facilities for people in need. Deadline 10 November

YOUTH MUSIC: SHIFT THE SCENE FUND – funding for creative opportunities for d/Deaf, Disabled or Neurodivergent young people aged 9-30 yrs old. Grants will be made to organisations that are already actively working with disabled people across all parts of their organisations, can amplify young disabled voices, already have established ways of co-creating and prioritise Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility. Deadline 28 November
Grants available through Devon County Council:
GROWING COMMUNITIES FUND – grants of £500-£1000 are available to a wide range of not-for-profit organisations to support communities wishing to build self-esteem, tackle hardship (eg food and fuel inequality), improve mental health and wellbeing or address loneliness and isolation.
LOCALITY BUDGETS 2025/26 is open for applications from constituted, not-for-profit voluntary, community and social enterprises, town and parish councils for funding to support projects that benefit local communities in Devon. Each County Councillor has a Locality Budget allocation of £8,000 that they can use in this financial year (until March 2026) to support good causes in the area they represent eg projects addressing loneliness, increase access to health activities, food poverty or enhance public spaces. DCC PLACES TO GO, THINGS TO DO – a new grant scheme from Devon County Council to support inclusive, accessible and enriching activities for those aged 11-25yrs. Grants of between £500 -£1000 are available to a wide range of not-for-profit groups

Grants available through Devon Communities Together
THE HEDLEY FOUNDATION – grants of between £250-£5000 are available to Registered Charities for projects that benefit young people, people with disabilities, elderly, terminally ill and otherwise disadvantaged people and their carers.
THE HOBSON CHARITY LTD – grants up to £10,000 available to Registered Charities for a diverse range of charitable causes including cost-of-living issues
THE LESLIE SMITH FOUNDATION – small and medium sized grants available to Registered Charities working with children with a life changing medical condition, hospices, education and special needs schools, general welfare, health and welfare projects. LORD BARNBY’S FOUNDATION: DISCRETIONARY DONATIONS – grants of between £500-£12,000 are available to Registered Charities for a diverse range of charitable causes.
