Feel Good Yoga Class

STARTING JULY – EVERY THURSDAY 10AM-11.30AM at the Nicholls Hall

Mindful movement, Gentle Yoga, Breath Awareness and Relaxation taught by an experienced and mature teacher.

£9.00 per class or book for the month at  £8.00 per class. Contact Ellie on 01822 820210 to reserve your place. You will need a mat, small blanket and a drink

Classes are open to all ages and genders but particularly suited to over 50s, beginners and those who prefer a gentler form of yoga. There is a spiritual element to the classes and a focus on cultivating greater self-awareness.  It is an opportunity to find that still point within ourselves.

Classes are a fusion of Qi Gong type movements and traditional Hatha Yoga asanas.  Joints are kept soft as in Qi Gong and asanas are combined into gentle flowing sequences, with an awareness of breath.  Our welcoming and friendly classes start with active warm-ups and end with deep relaxation.
