SPAR Community Cashback

SPAR shoppers can apply for a grant of up to £10,000 for a local community organisation that they feel deserves funding. SPAR has a total budget of £100,000 to support local organisations that are making an exceptional contribution to their local community.

There is a short application form where you can nominate a local voluntary organisation, community group or charity. Individuals, CICs with shares, CICs with guarantee less than 2 years old and profit-making organisations are not eligible.

You need to explain the difference that the organisation is making in the local community and how the grant would be spent. The grants will be given based on the strength of the applicant’s story, the recipient’s levels of dedication to their community and the credibility of what the grant would be spent on and its impact for the local community.
