EM Minutes – July 20th 2020 – The Village of Lydford, Dartmoor, Devon

Minutes of an Extraordinary Meeting of Lydford Parish Council held online on Monday 20^th July 2020, 7.00pm

Present: Cllr. Squires (Chair); Cllr Cook; Cllr. MacIntyre; Cllr. Skeaping; Cllr Tainsh; John Bright (Clerk)

Meeting commenced 7:00pm

1) Public Discussion:

None

2) Apologies for absence:

Cllrs Grigg and Blackmore. Accepted.

3) Declarations of interest:

None

4) Public toilets

Councillors resolved to accept the informal tender received from J Tennant for services relating to the regular cleaning of the public toilets. The Clerk was authorised to pay invoices for these services on submission, in line with Financial Regulations paragraph 4.

Proposed – Cllr MacIntyre, seconded – Cllr Cook, all in favour

Councillors also agreed to refund Cllr Grigg £64.36 in respect of expenses incurred purchasing cleaning equipment ready for the toilet re-opening.

Proposed – Cllr Skeaping, seconded Cllr Tainsh, all in favour

Next meeting Tuesday 8^th September 2020, 19:00. This meeting to be held online.
