As prescribed in The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020, this meeting will be held online.

To formally adopt new cleaning regime – toilets to be cleaned once daily throughout the season, reducing the cost from £3810 to £3386.
- Playground (new standing item)
To register routine safety checks
- Lydford Lengthsman
To resolve that a Lengthsman be employed for no more than 6 days at a daily rate of £150, with dates to be decided as needed.
- ROSPA Inspection
To consider the findings of the recent inspection of the Playground equipment
- Future meetings of the Parish Council
May meeting and Annual Meeting to be held Tuesday 4th May due to the termination of remote meeting legislation on 6th May.
