The latest news from Devon County Council: Repairs to the bridge, including the copings, were completed late on Thursday 27th August. A team of scaffolders have begun the task of dismantling the scaffold structure. It is likely to be late on Wednesday 2nd September before the scaffold is wholly removed and the road reopened.
The timetable for the Stagecoach route 118 bus which serves Lydford has been changed, with effect from 5th April 2026. The new timetable is available here
