Lydford is a small village on the edge of Dartmoor with a long history. It has a population of 370 spread amongst 200 houses. There’s 2 Pubs, a shop, a church, a sports field, play ground and a vibrant community with clubs, groups, charities and businesses. Above all Lydford is quite pretty. It has been remarkably preserved over the years more recently because it is part of the Dartmoor National Park.
