THANK YOU TO LYDFORD SCHOOL AND PARENTS FROM DEVON AIR AMBULANCE Many of you will remember taking part in a fund-raising campaign with the Devon Air Ambulance some while ago. The Helibags scheme was trialled in the Braunton Learning Community and then in all primary schools. Children were asked to fill Helibags with materials that could be sold in the Air Ambulance shops. About three-quarters of Devon primary schools took part and well over 9000 bags were filled, raising £23000 in sales through the shops. Lydford children sent 25 Helibags.
