How To Find Us
Driving from the North and East:
After Exeter on the M5, take Junction 31 onto the A30 towards Okehampton. Leave the
A30 at the junction after Okehampton, sign-posted as the A386 to Tavistock and Plymouth.
(Since there is no further way off the A30 for about 20 miles, make very sure
that you do not miss that turn onto the A386.)
Driving from the West:
If you are travelling eastwards along the A30 trunk road, take the left-going slip road
marked to Tavistock, Plymouth and join the southward A386 by going under the A30.
Then:
Follow the A386 for about 6 miles (10 km) and then take a right turn opposite the
Dartmoor Inn down towards the centre of Lydford Village. Turn right past the
Lydford War Memorial, and then, after about 200 yards (about 200 meters), take the
left-hand fork marked to Coryton. After about half a mile (0.8 km), turn left marked to
"Heathergate" and follow the signs.
Driving from the South:
From Tavistock, take the A386 towards Okehampton, and then, after about 6 miles (10 km),
